How does your lead generation system function?
Our platform identifies consumers online who are requesting a specific service, verifies the inquiry, and routes the lead to a single qualified business in that service area. Each lead is delivered instantly, giving you the opportunity to contact the customer right away.
When will my business start receiving leads?
Campaign setup takes 2 to 5 business days. You receive a confirmation email as soon as your campaign is live and you will start receiving leads within 24 hours.
What service categories can I receive leads for?
LocalServiceLeads works with a wide range of service industries, including cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, roofing, renovations, moving services, general contracting, and many other home and commercial service sectors. If your sector is not in the list please contact us and we will get back to you with a quote.
Do you send the same customer inquiry to multiple companies?
No. Every lead provided through LocalServiceLeads is exclusive. We do not share or distribute the same inquiry to multiple businesses, eliminating competition for the same customer.
Are your lead packages refundable?
Because leads are generated and delivered in real time, all packages and monthly plans are non-refundable. You may, however, cancel future billing at any time.
Is this a single-purchase service, or does it run as a subscription?
We offer both subscription-based plans and pay per-lead packages. Monthly plans renew automatically unless canceled through your dashboard.
What if I’m unable to respond to a lead immediately?
You may cancel your plan at any time by giving us at least 3 days' notice before your next billing cycle. Just email info@localbusinessleads.ca with your cancellation request.
What happens if I don’t respond to a lead right away?
We encourage fast follow-up for the best results. If you miss a lead, you can still contact the customer later; however, we cannot guarantee conversion if there is a significant delay.
What should I expect after a lead is delivered to me?
Once you receive a lead, it is your responsibility to answer the call / contact the customer, provide an estimate, and secure the job. Our role ends at delivering the exclusive inquiry.
Do you guarantee completed jobs from the leads you provide?
No company can ethically guarantee jobs. We guarantee exclusive, high-intent customer inquiries, but the final outcome depends on your communication, pricing, timing, and overall service.
Do you represent my company or interact with my customers?
No. LocalServiceLeads does not act as your representative, employee, or subcontractor. We provide exclusive leads only; all customer interactions are handled by your business.
Can I adjust my target location or change the services I want leads for?
Yes. You can update your service category, target areas, or coverage radius at any time. Changes typically take effect quickly, allowing us to redirect your lead flow accordingly.Yes.
